The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our”/ ”Company” individually and collectively refer to Shubheksha and the terms “Visitor” / ”User” / “You” / “Your” / “Yourself” refer to the users/customers.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Customers can return/exchange their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
  2. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective/damaged product, send us images of the product and its order information (order ID number, date & time of placing the order and product/s ordered) at help@shubheksha.in and we will get back to you.
  3. If you have to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the help@shubheksha.in
  4. You can only apply for a Return/Exchange from your Shubheksha account. Login to your account and go the ‘My Orders’ section. Click on ‘View/Edit Order Details’ for the respective order.
  5. Self-Ship: Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility (coming soon), we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit both the reverse shipping charges and the amount paid by you at the time of placing the order to the payment mode used by you at the time of placing the order. In order to do so, please send us the snapshots of shipping receipt on help@shubheksha.in
  6. Courier the product/s to B-76, Rishi Nagar, Captain Satish Marg, Delhi – 110034. (Google Maps).
  7. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  8. If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
  9. After receiving the product at the warehouse & successful clearance from our Customer Experience Team’s investigation, Total Amount(Reverse Shipping Charges + Amount paid at the time of placing the order) will be credited to the mode of payment used by you at the time of placing the order.
  10. In case the returned product fails the clearance investigation of our Customer Experience Team, we will contact you.
  11. We highly recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
  12. Refund – The refund will be initiated once the product/s reaches back to us & passes our investigation and the same will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days.
  13. Wrong product – Please send us images of the product you received and its order information at help@shubheksha.in and we will get back to you.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders that have not been shipped or dispatched from Shubheksha warehouse can be cancelled by logging into your Shubheksha account. Go to ‘Orders’, find the order you want to cancel and then break our hearts and ‘Cancel Order’.
  2. If you want to edit your order, kindly cancel the order and place a fresh order provided the order has not been shipped. You will not be able to cancel the order once shipped.
  3. If the order is cancelled before shipped, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days.
