What is the delivery time?

We deliver products to our customers’ selected shipping address within 2-5 days after the placement of order. But sometimes because of some unforeseen circumstances, delivery gets extended to a few more days as it depends on logistics and delivery conditions.

How do I track my orders?

Is Cash On Delivery available?

Yes, cash on delivery payment mode is available. Due to complex nature of handling cash with our delivery partners, we are currently providing COD (cash on delivery) mode only for Delhi pincodes and for orders above ₹ 1,000.
But we are continuously trying to add more cities across India for COD availability.

What payment modes are accepted?

We accept payments through Paytm, Google Pay & Razorpay. Use credit/debit card, netbanking or UPI to pay for your order during checkout. You may also use your Paytm Wallet money to make payment for your order.

Do you provide gift wrap option?

Yes, we provide gift wrap option, free of cost. At the time of placing your order, please select “Yes” option for gift wrap and add the name and shipping address of the person to whom you want to send gifts to.
You can add a note for them too.

Are there any hidden charges or fees?

No, not at all. You pay for the product price listed on our website, shipping charges (varies as per shipping address) and 18% GST.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. You can cancel your order within the next 3 hours from the time of order placement.
For example, you place your order at 1 PM then you can cancel your order before 4 PM on that same day when order was placed.

How to cancel an order?

You have to login to your Shubheksha account to cancel your order. Login and go to My Orders page where you can see the list of your orders. In the orders list, find the order that you want to cancel and press the “Cancel” button given for that order.

If you do not have the Shubheksha account and still want to cancel your order then you can contact us on help@shubheksha.in. Please mention the order ID and the reason why you want to cancel your order. It will help us in providing our customers a better experience in the future.
